Growing up, I was not exactly healthy or in shape. When I moved to New York, I accidentally discovered exercise. I started practicing yoga and eventually, I became a runner- a very slow runner, but a runner nonetheless. I was becoming a happier and healthier person. In 2010, I completed the New York City marathon. If I can run, and live to tell the tale, anyone can!
